will take place on Saturday, June 21st, beginning with our highly anticipated parade kicking off at PM in Monument Square. Tom McCall Waterfront Park for another day of partying. It is the single, largest visibility avenue for Oregon’s LGBTQ community organizations and businesses.

The annual Portland Pride Waterfront Festival (a two-day festival at Waterfront Park) and Parade (through downtown Portland) is the largest LGBTQ cultural celebration between San Francisco and Seattle. Immediately following the parade, the celebration continues at Deering Oaks Park.

The parade route will follow Congress Street, turn right onto High Street, and end with a left onto Park Avenue. Classes and storytelling events dot the month, and on June 18, Waters hosts Friends of Dorothya bonanza of dance, song, and, of course, drag. But in reality, the city has settled into a rhythm of celebrating Pride mostly in June, with the rest of the world, and then rallying for a big party and parade a few weeks later—more like drag brunch the next day than a single marathon menu.
